With our Athletic Development Continuum we develop  measurable goals for gains in:

Speed + Agility
Strength
Power
Conditioning

The sports academy establishes baseline performance goals and tracks them at each stage of the student athletes’ development. Athletes in Motion has trained over 45,000+ athletes across sports which include basketball, football, volleyball, soccer, tennis, golf, water polo, swimming, baseball, and softball. Each year, AIM “graduates” and invites back to work within the ADC model collegiate athletes who have earned themselves scholarships through their performance within their respective sports and classrooms.

Athletes in Motion was founded by Walt “GP” (Gopro) Shedd who manages the front end of the model and brings to AIM the same programs that are being utilized by over half of the NBA and NFL teams in America. Coach Walt has worked with over 50,000 athletes in his professional training career and has been responsible for launching hundreds of collegiate, Olympic, and professional careers. He holds a BS degree in Sports Medicine from the University of San Francisco and advanced certification in Corrective Exercise, Speed and Agility Performance, Golf Performance, and Biomechanics for Sports Performance from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the NSPA, and the International Youth Training Organization…all of this has led to the development of the ADC model for improved sports performance.

Alongside coach Walt is our leading programmer, Jasmine Shedd. Joining the team seven years ago just after having cut her teeth on the AIM ADC model as a two sport student and collegiate athlete. In addition to having been certified internally on Bio and Movement mechanics, Jasmine hold’s advanced certifications from the National Sports Performance Association as a Certified Olympic Weight Lifting Coach and Certified Program Design Specialist. Coach Jasmine does 90% of all sport’s performance programming across elementary, Jr. High, High School, Collegiate and professional levels, and has worked with an estimated 40,000 athletes over the past seven years.
